Referring to the letter from PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk. (the Company) No.: 081/NI-CORSEC/XI/23 dated November 7, 2023, regarding the Request for the shares trading suspension of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk. (META), the Company conveys its plan to go private and undergo voluntary delisting, subject to approval from shareholders through an Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for December 19, 2023.

In connection with this, the Exchange has decided to temporarily suspend the securities trading of the Company across all markets, effective from the first trading session on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, until further notice.

The Exchange urges stakeholders to consistently monitor the information disclosed by the Company, especially those related to the Company's plan to go private and undergo voluntary delisting.
