Based on the letter from PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) No. KSEI-4271/DIR/1123 dated November 15, 2023, regarding the Postponement of the Payment of the 18th Interest on the Continuing Bonds III Waskita Karya Phase IV Year 2019 Series B (WSKT03BCN4), and in order to maintain orderly, fair, and efficient securities trading, the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) has decided to temporarily suspend the securities trading of PT Waskita Karya (Persero) Tbk. on All Markets, effective from the first trading session on November 16, 2023, until further notice.
