Information on February 12, 2018, the Exchange suspended the Company's securities on all markets due to plans for the Company's delisting. Subsequently, based on the results of the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPSLB) on December 12, 2023, the Company's shareholders approved the cancellation of the delisting plan.

In connection with this, the Exchange revokes the temporary suspension of trading for PT Bank of India Indonesia Tbk. (BSWD) shares on all markets effective from the first trading session on Monday, December 18, 2023.
