With the fulfillment of the requirements and procedures for delisting as delineated in clause III.2 of Exchange Regulation No. I-I concerning Shares Delisting and Relisting, the Exchange has approved the removal of the Company's securities listing from the Indonesia Stock Exchange, effective as of Tuesday, January 16, 2024.

Upon the revocation of the Company's status as a Delisted Company, the Company will no longer be obliged as a Listed Company, and the Indonesia Stock Exchange will remove the Company's name from Listed Companies that have their shares listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Should the Company intend to re-list its shares on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the procedure for listing shares may be carried out in accordance with the pertinent regulations.
