Referring to Announcement of the Indonesia Stock Exchange No. Peng-SPT-00011/BEI.WAS/02-2024 dated February 6, 2024 regarding the Temporary Suspension of PT Indo Boga Sukses Tbk. (IBOS) shares and Warrants Series I of PT Indo Boga Sukses Tbk. (IBOS-W), it is hereby announced that the trading suspension of of PT Indo Boga Sukses Tbk. (IBOS) shares on the Regular Market and Cash Market, and Warrants Series I of PT Indo Boga Sukses Tbk. (IBOS-W) on all markets, will be lifted starting from the first trading session on February 12, 2024.
