Due to the significant cumulative decrease in the sharesprice of PT Mitra Pedagang Indonesia Tbk. (MPIX), as part of cooling down measures and to protect investors, PT Bursa Efek Indonesia deems it necessary to temporarily halt the trading of PT Mitra Pedagang Indonesia Tbk. (MPIX & MPIX-W) shares and warrants on February 28, 2024.

The temporary suspension of PT Mitra Pedagang Indonesia Tbk. (MPIX) shares will be enforced on the Regular and Cash Markets, while the suspension of PT Mitra Pedagang Indonesia Tbk. Series I warrants (MPIX-W) will be applicable across all markets. This is done to provide sufficient time for market participants to carefully consider the available information before making investment decisions in PT Mitra Pedagang Indonesia Tbk. (MPIX & MPIX-W) shares and warrants.
