Referring to the Announcement of the Indonesia Stock Exchange with reference number Peng-SPT-00020/BEI.WAS/02-2024 dated February 22, 2024 regarding Temporary Suspension of Shares & Series I Warrants of PT Citra Nusantara Gemilang Tbk. (CGAS & CGAS-W) and based on the exchange's assessment, it is hereby announced that the shares trading suspension of PT Citra Nusantara Gemilang Tbk. (CGAS) on the Regular Market and Cash Market as well as the Series I Warrants of PT Citra Nusantara Gemilang Tbk. (CGAS-W) on all Markets will be lifted and trading will resume starting from the first trading session on March 4, 2024.
