In connection with the significant cumulative price decrease of PT Atlantis Subsea Indonesia Tbk. (ATLA) shares, as a cooling down measure and for the protection of investors, PT Bursa Efek Indonesia deems it necessary to temporarily suspend the trading of PT Atlantis Subsea Indonesia Tbk. (ATLA) shares and Series I Warrants (ATLA-W) on June 10, 2024.

The temporary suspension of PT Atlantis Subsea Indonesia Tbk. (ATLA) shares will be carried out in the Regular Market and Cash Market, while the suspension of Series I Warrants (ATLA-W) will be carried out in all markets. This aims to provide sufficient time for market participants to carefully consider the available information in making investment decisions regarding PT Atlantis Subsea Indonesia Tbk. (ATLA) shares and Series I Warrants (ATLA-W).
