Regarding the Announcement of PT Bursa Efek Indonesia (the Exchange) Number Peng-S-00025/BEI.PLP/07-2024 dated July 30, 2024, concerning Sanctions for the Submission of Interim Financial Statements of Listed Companies Ending on March 31, 2024, and considering that all obligations of PT Jaya Agra Wattie Tbk (JAWA) have been fulfilled,

the Exchange has lifted the temporary trading suspension of PT Jaya Agra Wattie Tbk (JAWA) securities in the Regular and Cash Markets, effective from the first trading session on Tuesday, August 6, 2024.

Therefore, starting from the first session on August 6, 2024, JAWA shares can be traded in all markets.
