Referring to the letter from PT Century Textile Industry Tbk Number 045/CT/TN/VIII/2024 dated August 5, 2024, regarding the Notification of Delisting Plan and Request for Trading Suspension of PT Century Textile Industry Tbk shares, the Company has announced its plan for voluntary delisting from the Indonesia Stock Exchange and to go private.

Based on this, the Exchange has decided to temporarily suspend the trading of the Company's securities (Codes: CNTX and CNTB) in all markets effective from the first trading session on August 7, 2024.
