In connection with the significant cumulative price increase of PT Pyridam Farma Tbk. (PYFA) shares, as a cooling-down measure to protect investors, the Indonesia Stock Exchange deems it necessary to impose a temporary trading suspension of PT Pyridam Farma Tbk. shares and Series I Warrants (PYFA & PYFA-W) on October 1, 2024.

The temporary suspension of trading for PT Pyridam Farma Tbk. (PYFA) shares will be applied in both the Regular and Cash Markets, while the temporary suspension of trading for Series I Warrants of PT Pyridam Farma Tbk. (PYFA-W) will be enforced across all markets.
