With reference to the Exchange Announcement Peng-SPT-00015/BEI.WAS/01-2025 dated 22 January 2025 regarding the Temporary Suspension of PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada Tbk (CMNP) Shares and based on the exchange's assessment, it is hereby announced that the suspension on the trading of PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada Tbk (CMNP) shares in Regular Market and Cash Market as well as Series I Warrants of PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada Tbk (CMNP-W) in All Markets will be reopened starting from the first session on 4 February 2025.
