In connection with the significant cumulative price increase in the Shares of PT Graha Prima Mentari Tbk (GRPM), in the context of cooling down as a form of protection for Investors, PT Bursa Efek Indonesia deems it necessary to temporarily suspend the trading of Shares of PT Graha Prima Mentari Tbk (GRPM) and Warrant Series I PT Graha Prima Mentari Tbk (GRPM-W) on 7 February 2025.

The temporary suspension of trading of PT Graha Prima Mentari Tbk (GRPM) Shares is carried out in the Regular Market and Cash Market, while the temporary suspension of trading of Series I Warrants of PT Graha Prima Mentari Tbk (GRPM-W) is carried out in all markets, with the aim of providing adequate time for market participants to consider carefully based on the information available in each investment decision making in PT Graha Prima Mentari Tbk (GRPM) Shares and Series I Warrants of PT Graha Prima Mentari Tbk (GRPM-W).
