In connection with the significant increase in the cumulative price of PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi Tbk (NAIK) Shares, in the context of cooling down as a form of protection for investors, PT Bursa Efek Indonesia considers it necessary to temporarily suspend the trading of PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi Tbk (NAIK) Shares and PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi Tbk Series I Warrants (NAIK-W) on 27 February 2025.

The temporary suspension of trading of PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi Tbk (NAIK) Shares is carried out in Regular Market and Cash Market, while the temporary suspension of trading of Warrant Series I PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi Tbk (NAIK-W) is carried out in All Markets, with the aim of providing adequate time for market participants to consider carefully based on the information available in each investment decision making in PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi Tbk (NAIK) Shares and Warrant Series I PT Adiwarna Anugerah Abadi Tbk (NAIK-W).
