Related to the merger plan between PT. Jaya Pari Steel Tbk (JPRS) and PT. Gunawan Dianjaya Steel Tbk (GDST), Indonesia Exchange decided to suspend PT. Jaya Pari Steel Tbk (JPRS) in All Markets starting from the first Trading Session on Wednesday, October 3, 2018 until Friday, October 5, 2018.

The securities delisting of PT. Jaya Pari Steel Tbk (JPRS) will be effective on October 8, 2018.
