Proceeds usage plan

• Around Rp 138.5 billion will be used to increase the capital participation in subsidiaries, PKP, which to be used for capital expenditure at around Rp 103.5 billion and bank loans repayment at around Rp 35 billion.
• Around Rp 63.5 billion will be used for debt repayment under the agreement dated on April 8, 2016 as amended on December 13, 2018, and
• the remaining will be used for working capital
