Plan of proceeds usage

All proceeds of LPO III after deducting the issuance expense, the Company will use from the main priority to the lowest with details as follows:

• Around Rp. 20.1 billion will be used by the Company for docking and around Rp 80 billion will be used as working capital.
• Around Rp 166.9 billion will be used by the Company for equity participation in subsidiaries, namely PT Nusa Bhakti Jayaraya and PT Pearl Maritime, which will be used by the Subsidiary; of approximately Rp 23.45 billion will be used by PT Nusa Bhakti Jayaraya for docking and around Rp 60 billion will be used for working capital; and around Rp 23.45 billion will be used by PT Pearl Maritime for docking and around 60 billion will be used for working capital.
