Based on the monitoring results by the Exchange on the submission of the Company's Financial Statements as of June 30, 2019 and March 31, 2019, the Company posted operating revenues from April 1, 2019 to June 30, 2019 as the information obtained.

Taking into account the condition of the Company, the Exchange has decided to suspend the trading securities of the Company in the entire market from the first trading session on Thursday, August 1, 2019 until further notice.
