Indonesia Exchange has decided to delist the securities of PT Leo Investments Tbk from Indonesia Stock Exchange and to be effective as of January 23, 2020.

With the revocation of the Company's status as a Listed Company (Delisting), the Company has no longer an obligation as a Listed Company, and the Company will have its name remove from the list of Listed Companies and all securities listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.
