Proceeds obtained from the Rights Issue III after deducting emission costs will be used entirely for working capital business development of the Company in lending and the other banking operational activities. Proceeds usage from this LPO III, the Company will follow the provisions applied. If the Company intends change the proceeds usage from this LPO III, the company has to report the plan in advance to the FSA by stating the reasons and the considerations, the plan must obtain approval from the Shareholders in AGM. The Company has submitted the proceeds usage from the Limited Public Offering II to OJK with the letter No. 001/SET/DIR/BYB-Tbk/I/2020 dated January 15, 2020, and the proceeds obtained from the Limited Public Offering II have been used entirely in accordance with the plan of proceeds usage. The proceeds usage from the Limited Public Offering II will be reported at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders 2019
