The Company has received approval to conduct a restructuring of Series B Shelf Registration Bonds Modernland Realty I phase I of 2015 (MDLN01BCN1) at the RUPO held on July 14, 2020.

Indonesia Exchange has decided to revoke the temporary suspension of the trading securities of PT Modernland Realty Tbk. (MDLN, MDLN01BCN1) in all markets, starting from the first trading session on July 21, 2020.
