Based on the electronic mail of PT Kustodian Sentral Efek Indonesia (KSEI) No. KSEI-3657/DIR/0521 dated May 17, 2021 regarding MTN SRITEX PHASE III the 6th (six) (USD-SRIL01X3MF) principal payment of 2018, and in order to maintain orderly, fair and efficient trading securities, Indonesia Stock Exchange has decided to temporarily suspend the trading securities of PT Sri Rejeki Isman Tbk (SRIL) in all Markets starting from the first session on May 18, 2021, until further notice.
