JAKARTA - Promenade Link Limited recently acquired 41,812,360 shares of logistics and fuel distribution issuer PT Indah Prakasa Sentosa Tbk (INPS) on Wednesday, January 4. With 6.43% ownership, the British Virgin Islands-based company immediately became a new INPS investor. However, one of INPS' existing shareholders, PT Cronus Asia Kapital, sold 33.70 million shares, reducing its ownership from 10.37% to 5.19%. Aside from INPS, PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA) shares, totaling 4.76 million units, were claimed again by its controlling shareholder, PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala.

Next, Tumiyana, an individual investor, sold 90.10 million shares of PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa Tbk (WMPP), while Wahyu Andi Susilo sold 15.63 million shares of WMPP's subsidiary, PT Widodo Makmur Unggas Tbk (WMUU). PT Danpac Pharma is also seen selling 1.4 million shares of PT Millennium Pharmacon International Tbk (SDPC), a pharmaceutical distribution company.

Furthermore, the GOTO Peopleverse Fund initiated the list of foreign investors divesting by releasing 139.60 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO). Following that, UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Ltd sold shares in two companies at the same time: 2,560,000 in PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (BCAP) and 1,917,500 in PT Central Proteina Prima Tbk (CPRO). Finally, Bintang Bara B.V. sold 1.4 million PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk shares (TOBA). (KD)
