Credit Suisse AG Singapore Trust purchased 6 billion Bumi Teknokultura Unggul shares
JAKARTA - Credit Suisse AG Singapore Trust purchased a total of 6,028,042,231 shares of PT Bumi Teknokultura Unggul Tbk (BTEK) on Tuesday, January 10. The Singaporean investor is a new shareholder who immediately owns 13.03 percent of this wood supplier and processing company. Nonetheless, Golden Harvest Cocoa Ltd., another foreign investor based in the British Virgin Islands, sold 5,591,266,231 shares of BTEK, reducing its ownership by 12% to 29.51%.
The share trading of PT Widodo Makmur Unggas Tbk (WMUU) appears to be active as well. WMUU's parent company, PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa Tbk, purchased as many as 477.34 million shares, but Wahyu Andi Susilo, the company's Director of Finance, sold as many as 25.08 million shares.
PT Batavia Prosperindo Internasional Tbk, as the controlling shareholder, increased its stake in PT Malacca Trust Wuwungan Insurance Tbk (MTWI) by purchasing 177.63 million shares. Another controller, PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala, also added 8.97 million shares in PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA). Then, the issuer of crane and construction equipment rental, PT Superkrane Mitra Utama Tbk (SKRN), bought 626 million of its own shares.
PT Berkah Global Investama, on the other hand, completed a 100 million shares divestment on PT Berkah Beton Sadaya Tbk (BEBS), while PT Honoris Corporindo Pratama divested 7.5 million PT Modernland Realty Tbk (MDLN) shares. GOTO Peopleverse Fund is also releasing PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) shares, totaling 37,121,941 shares this time. (KD)
