An investor from Singapore claims 5.64% ownership of Cimory
JAKARTA - Nomura Singapore Limited, a Singapore-based foreign investor, just claimed 5.64% ownership of PT Cisarua Mountain Dairy Tbk (CMRY) on Friday, January 13. This new investor recently purchased 447,777,778 shares of the company which manufactures food and beverages under the "Cimory" brand.
Then, PT Investasi Sukses Bersama was seen buying shares in two technology companies at the same time. This company became a new investor after purchasing 56.43 million shares, or 5.25% of PT Kioson Komersial Indonesia Tbk (KIOS), a software developer for MSMEs. Furthermore, the same company added 32.88 million shares to its ownership of PT Solusi Sinergi Digital Tbk (WIFI). Besides that, the KPS Cooperative of PT Pembangunan Perumahan also purchased 6.60 million additional shares of PT PP Presisi Tbk (PPRE).
In terms of divestment, several shareholders have been seen selling shares in large quantities. PT Global Investama was the first to sell 225 million shares of PT Berkah Beton Sadaya Tbk (BEBS), followed by PT Lembur Sadaya Investama, which sold 150 million shares of PT Bersama Zatta Jaya Tbk (ZATA). Individual investor, Tumiyana, then sold 116.45 million shares of PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa Tbk (WMPP), while GOTO Peopleverse Fund released 113.18 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO). On a smaller scale, PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk later sold 43.86 million shares of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (BCAP), which was followed by the sale of 19.27 million shares of PT Widodo Makmur Unggas Tbk (WMUU) by PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa Tbk.
