Manning Development now owns 1.1 billion shares of Indonesia Prima Property (OMRE)
JAKARTA - PT Manning Development now owns 1,135,400,019 shares of property issuer PT Indonesia Prima Property Tbk (OMRE). Manning Development is a new investor that holds 38.55% of OMRE shares, thanks to the purchase on Monday, January 16. The company itself is in the office leasing and real estate businesses.
Caroline Soerjo has also become a new individual investor in PT Maharaksa Biru Energi Tbk (OASA) by purchasing 44.76 million shares, representing 7.11% ownership. Another new shareholder approached PT Multi Indocitra Tbk (MICE) after PT Hoki Investasi Sejati purchased 5.15% of the company or up to 30.88 million MICE shares. PT Sarana Inti Selaras also bought 1.80 million shares of PT Kapuas Prima Coal Tbk (ZINC), and PT Tudung Putra Putri Jaya acquired another 1.08 million shares of PT Garudafood Putra Putra Jaya Tbk (GOOD).
PT Berkah Global Investama, on the other hand, released 115 million shares of PT Berkah Beton Sadaya Tbk (BEBS), making it the most significant share sale by investors this time. PT Esta Utama Corpora, the company's controlling shareholder, also released up to 100 million PT Esta Multi Usaha Tbk (ESTA) shares. It is also notable that GOTO Peopleverse Fund is still selling 84.43 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO). Finally, two controllers reduced their ownership, albeit not significantly, with PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa Tbk selling 12.28 million shares of PT Widodo Makmur Unggas Tbk (WMUU) and PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala selling 3.49 million shares of PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA).
