Two foreign investors have decided to sell their GOTO shares once more
JAKARTA - On Tuesday, April 11, two foreign investors with more than 5% ownership sold their GOTO shares. Citibank Singapore S/A Government of Singapore sold 275.48 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), while the GOTO Peopleverse Fund sold around 128.19 million shares.
Individual investors can also be seen purchasing and selling shares. Tumiyana purchased 50 million shares of PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa Tbk (WMPP), an agricultural commodity issuer, while Low Tuck Kwong sold 63,800 shares of PT Bayan Resources Tbk (BYAN), a coal mining issuer.
Moreover, PT Abadimukti Gunalestari, as the controlling shareholder, pocketed another 59.53 million shares of property issuer PT Perdana Gapura Prima Tbk (GPRA), and PT Akulaku Silvrr Indonesia added 7.71 million shares of PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk (BBYB). Meanwhile, a foreign investor called Matrix Company Limited purchased 13.25 million shares of PT Samator Indo Gas Tbk (AGII), an industrial gas producer.
PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) has also added another 2.5 million of its own shares to its reserve. Then, PT Bogamulia Nagadi purchased 1.02 million shares of PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk (TSPC), a consumer goods company, and PT Suprakreasi Eradinamika added 187,900 shares of PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk (ARNA) to its holdings.
