Zeze Ajuwel Tambang became a new investor, purchasing 215 million Rukun Raharja (RAJA) shares
JAKARTA - PT Zeze Ajuwel Tambang was brought in by PT Rukun Raharja Tbk (RAJA) as a new investor in this natural gas issuer on Wednesday, April 12. Zeze Ajuwel purchased 215.82 million RAJA shares, representing a 5.11% stake in the company. Furthermore, gas and oil issuer PT Mitra Energi Persada Tbk (KOPI) also attracted the attention of PT Paramitra Alfa Sekuritas, a new KOPI investor who purchased 38.87 million shares, or around 5.58% ownership percentage.
In addition, several other investors increased their holdings as well. Hormel Foods International Corporation invested the most in PT Garudafood Putra Putri Jaya Tbk (GOOD), purchasing 364.48 million shares. PT Abadimukti Gunalestari also purchased 54.82 million shares of PT Perdana Gapura Prima Tbk (GPRA), and Tolaram Group Inc bought up 35.2 million shares of PT Bank Amar Indonesia Tbk (AMAR). PT Bank Maspion Indonesia Tbk (BMAS)'s controller, the foreign investor Kasikorn Vision Financial Company Pte Ltd, was also reported to have added 15.15 million shares, and PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) established another buyback of 3,174,000 shares.
The GOTO Peopleverse Fund, on the other hand, continued to sell 46.75 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO). Then, two other controlling shareholders also decided to reduce their stakes. PT Darbe Putra Makmur sold 22.22 million shares of PT Darmi Bersaudara Tbk (KAYU), reducing its ownership to 49.02% from 52.36%. In addition, PT Ungaran Sari Garments sold 300,000 shares of PT Eratex Djaja Tbk (ERTX), with the last position holding 96.57%. (KD)
