JAKARTA - PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA)'s total dividend skyrocketed 158.62% to IDR 75 per share in the 2022 fiscal year from IDR 29 per share in profit for the 2021 fiscal year.

In the disclosure published on Tuesday (2/5), Suresh Vembu, Director of PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA) said that shareholders have decided on dividends for the 2022 financial year of IDR 1.48 trillion, consisting of interim dividends that have been distributed IDR 493.42 billion or IDR 25 per share and dividends to be paid to shareholders on (24/5) amounting to IDR 986.85 billion or IDR 50 per share.

The distribution of dividends refers to net profit for the 2022 fiscal year of IDR 2.40 trillion, net profit balance of IDR 922.84 billion, and total equity of IDR 13.15 trillion. For cum and ex dividends on the regular market and on the negotiated market on (9-10/5), cum and dividends on the cash market on (11-12/5), as well as the recording date of the Register of Shareholders (DPS) on (11/2 ).

In 2021, AKRA shareholders will distribute a total dividend of IDR 572.37 billion, consisting of an interim dividend for the 2021 fiscal year of IDR 236.84 billion or IDR 12 per share and a cash dividend of IDR 335.53 billion or IDR 17 per share. The distribution of dividends for the 2021 fiscal year refers to net profit for the financial year of IDR 1.11 trillion, retained earnings that are not restricted for use of IDR 539.03 billion, and total equity of IDR 11.29 trillion.
