JAKARTA – PT Enseval Putera Megatrading Tbk (EPMT) arranges the distribution of IDR 555.27 billion of dividend from its 2022 net profit. The amount of the upcoming dividend is unchanged from the dividend disbursed on June 17, 2022, taken out of the net profit in the fiscal year 2021.

In the information disclosure quoted Thursday (4/5), Sugianto, Corporate Secretary of EPMT, said that the dividend will be paid to eligible shareholder for IDR 205 per share on May 26, 2023. The dividend allocation was made based on the net profit attributable to the parent entity of IDR 847.53 billion, unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 283.78 billion, and total equity of IDR 7.13 trillion.

The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market is set to May 10-11, 2023, followed by the cum and ex dividend in the cash market on May 12 and 15. The recording date has also been scheduled on May 12, 2023.

Last year, EPMT also distributed IDR 555.27 billion, whose allocation was made based on its net profit attributable to the parent company in 2021 of IDR 847.88 billion, unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 8.47 billion, and total equity of IDR 6.84 trillion. (LK/ZH)
