JAKARTA - PT Vale Indonesia Tbk (INCO) will distribute a dividend of USD 60.12 million from its net profit gained in 2022, following the positive performance it has shown in the past three years. Last year, it did not give any dividend from the 2021 net profit.

Quoted from the minutes of meeting of the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of INCO today (9/5), Filia Alanda, Corporate Secretary of INCO, confirmed that the Shareholders agreed upon the dividend distribution plan with a 30% payout ratio, taken out of the total net profit of USD 200.40 million.

The cash dividend will be disbursed to shareholders recorded by May 17, 2023, (recording date) on May 31.

The performance of INCO has shown positive trend within the past three years. In 2020, its profit was recorded at USD 78.68 million, before increasing to USD 167.20 million in 2021, and USD 200.40 million in 2022.

The revenue also increased from USD 764.74 million in 2020 to USD 953.17 million in 2021 and USD 1.18 million in 2022. (LK/ZH)
