JAKARTA. PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk (PLIN) announces its plan to channel out cash dividend of IDR 495 billion or IDR 140 per share that is taken out of the net profit in the fiscal year 2022.

Umbas Rombe, Corporate Secretary of PLIN, said that the dividend distribution plan aligns with the Annual General Shareholders Meeting of PLIN held last Tuesday (8/5). In said meeting, the shareholders agreed to allocate 88.8% of the total net profit in 2022 as cash dividend.

The dividend will be paid out to PLIN's shareholders whose names have been registered by the recording date on May 19, 2023. Next, the actual disbursement will take place on May 30, 2023.

According to IDNFinancials data, PLIN managed to score IDR 557.39 billion in the fiscal year 2022. Then, at the end of the year, the company recorded retained earnings of IDR 62.4 billion and total equity of IDR 11.05 billion.

As of now, approximately 96.61% of PLIN is under the control of PT Plaza Indonesia Investama. Public investors claim another 2.99%, leaving the remaining 0.4% stored as treasury stock. (KR/ZH)
