Dunway Holdings acquires 300 million shares of Resource Alam Indonesia (KKGI)
JAKARTA - On May 11, PT Resource Alam Indonesia Tbk (KKGI), an issuer involved in the coal mining industry, added Dunway Holdings Limited as a new investor. The British Virgin Islands-based company swiftly acquired 300 million shares of KKGI, or 6% of the company, for its portfolio. Following that, PT Merdeka Energi Nusantara also kept adding shares of PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk (MBMA), this time reaching a total of 25.37 million, increasing its ownership slightly to 49.61%.
On top of that, a number of other investors decided to buy more shares. Another 5.35 million shares of PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk (BBYB) were acquired by PT Akulaku Silvrr Indonesia, and 522,400 shares of PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk (TSPC) were acquired by PT Bogamulia Nagadi. The number of shares being bought back by PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) has also increased by 5.21 million.
Meanwhile, two shareholders with more than 5% stakes in construction issuer PT Sumber Mas Construction Tbk (SMKM) made contrasting choices. Dede Heriawan, an individual investor, decided to purchase 3.23 million shares of SMKM, while PT Zareen Kapital Investama opted to sell more than 10 million shares.
With 350.92 million shares released, one of the investors in PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), namely GOTO Peopleverse Fund, was also continuing to sell stock. Additionally, PT Yulie Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk sold 5.3 million shares of PT Dyandra Media International Tbk (DYAN), a company that organises events, and Bintang Bara B.V., a Dutch investor, sold 585,000 shares of PT TBS Energi Utama Tbk (TOBA), a company that issues renewable energy.
