JAKARTA - Philmon Samuel Tanuri, the president director and investor of PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (TRIM), purchased 35.71 million shares of TRIM on Thursday, August 31. Philmon previously controlled approximately 5.79% of TRIM shares but now owns 6.29% of the shares, a 0.5% increase.

Apart from that, PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk (RALS) was seen carrying out a 2.5 million share buyback, followed by PT Suprakreasi Eradinamika, which purchased 1.71% of the shares of ceramic producer PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk (ARNA), as well as PT Kalibesar Asri, which added 1.69 million shares of tire manufacturer PT Goodyear Indonesia Tbk (GDYR). PT Bogamulia Nagadi also purchased 333 thousand shares in the pharmaceutical company PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk (TSPC), while individual investor Low Tuck Kwong purchased an additional 154,700 shares in the coal company PT Bayan Resources Tbk (BYAN).

PT Esa Gemilang, on the other hand, sold 22.38 million shares of another coal producer, PT Black Diamond Resources Tbk (COAL). Individual investor Sabana Prawira Widjaja then sold 10 million shares of PT Ultrajaya Milk Industry Tbk (ULTJ), a dairy products company, while nickel mining company PT Ifishdeco Tbk (IFSH) sold 9.34 million of its own shares. Finally, the GOTO Peopleverse Fund released 4.71 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), for a total ownership of 5.91%. (KD)
