Four companies welcomed new investors; Bakrie & Brothers (BNBR)'s shares were bought up the most
JAKARTA - Despite four issuers finding new investors, the shares of the manufacturing and infrastructure company PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (BNBR) were the most purchased among three other companies on Wednesday, November 29. Levoca Enterprise Ltd., a new foreign investor, purchased 51.23 billion shares of BNBR for a 42.13% ownership stake. Tan John Tanuwijaya, an individual investor, then invested approximately 3.53 billion shares in PT Berdikari Pondasi Perkasa Tbk (BDKR), which focuses on the building construction industry.
PT Buana Artha Anugerah Tbk (STAR) also received a new investment from PT Lodi Mitra Perkasa, which purchased 307.10 million shares for a 6.4% stake. PT Citra Borneo Indah was the last investor to buy fresh shares. The investor purchased 812.45 million shares of the palm oil company PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk (SSMS), acquiring 8.53% of the firm. PT Maybank Sekuritas Indonesia, on the other hand, sold around 740 million of the issuer's shares. Then, in the pharmaceutical industry, PT Bogamulia Nagadi completed the share purchase list by purchasing 560,400 million shares of PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk (TSPC).
Following that, GOTO Peopleverse Fund sold 15.81 million shares of the digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO). In comparison, PT IDEA Asia Investama sold 12.28 million shares of the hospitality academy PT Idea Indonesia Akademi Tbk (IDEA). PT Aneka was also seen selling 5 million shares of PT Transkon Jaya Tbk (TRJA), which provides construction and mining vehicle rental services. Foreign investor BBH Luxembourg S/A Fidelity Funds then closed the list by selling 850,500 shares of ceramic manufacturer PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk (ARNA). (KD)
