JAKARTA - On Thursday, November 30, PT Transkon Jaya Tbk (TRJA), a construction and mining vehicle rental services company, welcomed PT Samindo Resources Tbk as a new investor. The investor became the controlling shareholder with 74% ownership after purchasing 1.11 billion shares. Meanwhile, two major investors were selling TRJA shares instead: PT Damai Investama Sukses (663.46 million shares) and PT Aneka (6.29 million shares).

Furthermore, share transfers were also carried out by several investors involving the mining services company PT Wilton Makmur Indonesia Tbk (SQMI) and the securities company PT Yulie Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk (YULE). Wilton Resources Holdings Pte Ltd. was seen transferring 745.71 million SQMI shares to CGS-CIMB Securities (Singapore) Pte Ltd. Furthermore, PT Yulie Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk was witnessed selling 16 million of their own shares, which were then purchased for the same amount by Bank of Singapore Limited.

Following that, PT Digital Futurama Global sold 315 million shares of PT Lini Imaji Kreasi Ekosistem Tbk (FUTR) in the advertising business, while Prinsep Management Limited sold 38 million shares of PT FAP Agri Tbk (FAPA) in the palm oil management industry. GOTO Peopleverse Fund was the last investor to sell shares of the digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), selling 29.32 million shares. (KD)
