JAKARTA - As the majority shareholder of PT Citra Borneo Utama Tbk (CBUT), PT Citra Borneo Indah settled its debt to PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk on Wednesday, December 20, with a debt-to-equity swap mechanism. In this transaction, CBI was seen turning over 1.64 billion shares, or 52.62% of the company's stock, to Sawit Sumbermas, making it the new controller of the palm producer.

Then, PT Primadaya Plastisindo Tbk (PDPP), a firm that manufactures plastic packaging, awarded stock dividends, which increased the number of shares held by several individual investors. Tirto Angesty is the greatest dividend beneficiary on the market hint list this time, with a 224.53 million share increase. Meng Chun Tsai and Lim Kim Guan then earned share dividends of approximately 89.81 million shares. Aside from that, Yu Lin Chan's PDPP shares climbed by 44.90 million to 244.90 million, followed by Sugianto Kusuma, who obtained 28.06 million shares. Magnus Jaya, another individual investor, joined the share purchase transaction by adding 8.29 million PT Metropolitan Land Tbk (MTLA) shares in the property sector. Furthermore, the clothing retail company PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk (RALS) reported a share buyback of around 10 million shares to acquire 15.87% of its firm shares. Meanwhile, OK Next Co. Ltd., formerly APRO Financials Co. Ltd., released 625 million shares in the banking entity PT Bank Oke Indonesia Tbk (DNAR), giving it a 28.90% stake. Finally, GOTO Peopleverse Fund sold 2.41 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), a digital enterprise. (KD)
