JAKARTA. PT Visionet Data Internasional (VDI), a subsidiary of PT Multipolar Technology Tbk (MLPT) providing IT managed services, has signed a credit agreement with PT Bank Permata Tbk (BNLI).

Wahyudi Chandra, Corporate Secretary of MLPT, confirmed that in this agreement VDI has obtained credit facility of IDR 162.61 billion. The credit facility is given by BNLI with a tenor of 60 months since its signing date on January 5, 2024.

Chandra further mentioned that the loan will be used by VDI to acquire fixed assets. “It is to support business activities of VDI,” he added in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) today (10/1).

In order to secure this credit facility, VDI submits fiducia guarantee over existing inventories. In addition, VDI also put in accounts receivables worth 125% of total credit facility as extra collateral.

“This transaction has no material impact on operational and legal activities, financial condition, and business sustainability of the company,” concluded Chandra. (KR/ZH)
