AKRA to channel extra IDR 278 billion of capital to 2 subsidiaries
JAKARTA. PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA), an oil fuel trading company, has channelled additional capital to two of its subsidiaries, PT Anugerah Krida Retailindo (Akrida) and PT Andahanesa Abadi (AA).
Suresh Vembu, Director and Corporate Secretary of AKRA, mentioned that the extra capital allocated for Akrida is IDR 128 billion, while AA receives IDR 150 billion. Therefore, the total extra capital given by the company is IDR 278 billion.
After granting this extra capital, AKRA’s issued and paid-up capital in Akrida now rises to IDR 949.16 billion from the initial IDR 821.16 billion. Meanwhile, the issued and paid-up capital of AKRA in AA increases to IDR 35.95 billion from the previous IDR 205.95 billion.
“This transaction is not a material transaction as stated in Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) No. 17/POJK.04/2020,” added Vembu in the information disclosure.
According to IDNFinancials data, Akrida is an entity under AKRA engaged in the trading business as well as holding company. Meanwhile, AA manages logistics services. (KR/ZH)
