Nany Indrawaty to divest all shares in LAPD
JAKARTA - Nany Indrawaty Sutanto divested all of her shares in PT Leyand International Tbk (LAPD) in a transaction held earlier this week.
Bambang Rahardja Burhan, President Director of LAPD, said that Sutanto has sold her shares for investment purposes. “The number of traded shares is 322.43 million, or 8.13%, for IDR 5 each,” he confirmed in the information disclosure quoted Thursday (14/1).
Once calculated, the total divestment value reaches IDR 1.67 billion. On January 8, LAPD was closed at IDR 7 per share at closing bell, recording 354,600 shares in 15 transactions worth IDR 2.48 million.
As of December 2023, LAPD’s shares were recorded at 3.98 billion. Its shareholder consisted of Nany Indrawaty of 8.13%, Keraton Investment Ltd of 12.81%, Laymand Holdings Pte of 30.26%, PT Intiputera Bumitirta of 19.17%, Leo Andyanto of 5.73%, and the public of 23.95%. (LK/ZH)
