JAKARTA - PT Mora Telematika Indonesia Tbk (MORA) revised the value of the Shelf Registration Sukuk Ijarah II Phase II 2024 to IDR 279.63 billion from the previous value of IDR 750 billion. The listing of this Sukuk Ijarah on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) started Wednesday (17/1).

In the short prospectus quoted on Monday (15/1), the Sukuk Ijarah II will be offered in Series A and B worth IDR 267.28 billion and IDR 12.35 billion. respectively. For Series A, the ijarah reward installments are IDR 26.72 billion per year for a period of three years from the date of issuance and for Series B, the ijarah reward installments are IDR 1.35 billion per year for five years.

The underwriters for this sukuk issuance include PT BNI Sekuritas with a guarantee portion of 25%, PT BRI Danareksa Sekuritas 18.6%, PT Sucor Sekuritas 43.4%, and PT Aldiracita Sekuritas Indonesia 2.1%. The appointed trustee is PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk (BBKP).

Previously, MORA offered Sukuk Ijarah II Phase II 2024 with a maximum of IDR 750 billion, which was fully guaranteed (full commitment) of IDR 273.78 billion from Series A and B of IDR 264.18 billion and IDR 9.6 billion, respectively. The remaining IDR 46.22 billion is guaranteed with the best effort. (LK/LM)
