Energy Battery Indonesia becomes the new controlling shareholder of Adhi Kartiko Pratama (NICE)
JAKARTA - On Tuesday, January 16, PT Energy Battery Indonesia (EBI) officially became the new majority stakeholder of the nickel mining business PT Adhi Kartiko Pratama Tbk (NICE). EBI became the new controller of NICE after being appointed by LX International Corp. to carry out a share takeover, and it now holds 3.64 billion shares of NICE, which equals to 60% ownership. During the share transfer procedure, four investors released their share ownership, and two of them were PT Sungai Mas Minerals, which released 1.85 billion shares, and PT Inti Mega Ventura, which released 1.73 billion shares.

PT Prambanan Investasi Sukses additionally sold 25 million shares of PT Era Media Sejahtera Tbk (DOOH) in the advertising services market, resulting in a 79.37% ownership stake.
