JAKARTA - PT Bank Mayapada Internasional Tbk (MAYA) holds a right offering from January 15 to January 19, 2024, with a projected fundraise of 4 trillion Rupiah. Two MAYA foreign investors decided not to participate in this corporate action, so their ownership decreased on Thursday, January 18. The stakes of JPMCB NA RE-Cathay Life Insurance Co., Ltd., based in Taiwan, dropped from 18.85% to 12.46%. This was followed by Galasco Investment Limited, whose shares fell from 12.44% to 8.22%.

Furthermore, two foreign investors sold shares of the technology company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO): SVF GT Subco (Singapore) Pte Ltd. (133.90 million shares) and GOTO Peopleverse Fund (14.63 million shares). Another foreign investor, Promenade Link Limited, sold three million shares of PT Indah Prakasa Sentosa Tbk (INPS), an oil and gas trading company. Not only that, DB Singapore SES CLT A/C for NT Asian Discovery Master Fund also released 2.21 million shares of leasing company PT BFI Finance Indonesia Tbk (BFIN). On the domestic market, Tumiyana sold 34.48 million shares of agricultural commodities company PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa Tbk (WMPP).

Meanwhile, there were only a few additions of shares recorded in the market this time. The largest purchase was made by PT MNC Sekuritas, which bought 91 million shares of PT MNC Land Tbk (KPIG), an MNC Group subsidiary in the office rental sector. Furthermore, foreign investor DB Singapore SES CLT A/C For Pangolin Asia Fund bought 12.55 million shares of PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk (MTDL), which distributes and services IT hardware and software. Finally, Low Tuck Kwong purchased 37,800 shares of the coal company PT Bayan Resources Tbk (BYAN). (KD)
