Increasing 38.89%, Habco’s dividend allocation is IDR 39.62 billion
JAKARTA - PT Habco Trans Maritima Tbk (HATM) recorded cash dividend growth of 38.99% in 2023 compared to 2022. This growth is in line with the increased net profit attributable to the parent entity last year.
Antonius Limbong, Corporate Secretary of PT Habco Trans Maritima Tbk (HATM), confirmed that the company will distribute cash dividend for the fiscal year 2023 of IDR 39.62 billion or IDR 5.66 per share.
The dividend allocation was made based on the net profit attributable to the parent entity in 2023 of IDR 198.17 billion, unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 158.55 billion, and total equity of IDR 869.09 billion.
In 2022, the issuer distributed cash dividend of IDR 28.50 billion or IDR 4.07 per share. The net profit attributable to the parent entity at that time was IDR 142.51 billion, followed by retained earnings of IDR 100.01 billion and total equity of IDR 699.41 billion.
For the fiscal year 2023 dividend, the shareholders agreed upon disbursement schedule on April 3, referring the beneficiary list to Official Register of Shareholders as of March 27. The cum and ex dividend in the regular and negotiation market was scheduled from March 25 to 26, followed by cum and ex dividend in the cash market from March 27-28. (LK/ZH)
