Another 16.5 million Bakrie Sumatra Plantation shares purchased by Paradiso Resources (UNSP)
JAKARTA - On Thursday, March 21, Paradiso Resources Ltd. added approximately 16.5 million more shares of PT Bakrie Sumatra Plantations Tbk (UNSP) after purchasing nearly 17 million shares on the previous trading day. PT Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia was the facilitator behind the transaction, which increased Paradiso's ownership stake in UNSP from 6.07% to 6.73%. Additionally, PT Solusi Bangun Indonesia Tbk (SMCB), a company in the building materials industry, received 232,700 shares of new investment from foreign investor Taiheiyo Cement Corporation, and PT Maskapai Reinsurance Indonesia Tbk (MREI), a reinsurance company, had 20,000 shares purchased by Bank of Singapore Limited.
Subsequently, 7.03 million shares of PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk (SRTG), an active investment company, were purchased by individual investor Edwin Soeryadjaya. Also, PT Bogamulia Nagadi acquired 70,600 shares of PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk (TSPC), a pharmaceutical company. PT Energi Harapan Baru, on the other hand, sold 1.76 million shares of PT Bhakti Multi Artha Tbk (BHAT), an issuer in the financial services sector.
This time, foreign investors conducted the other share sales in the market hints list. First, through PT Stockbit Sekuritas Digital, the GOTO Peopleverse Fund released nearly 20 million shares of the digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO). Additionally, the Government of Singapore, through Citibank Singapore, sold 4.65 million shares of PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi Tbk (MTEL), a company that provides telecom infrastructure. Then, OCBC Sec Pte Ltd S/A Hudson River Group Pte Ltd sold half a million shares of general contractor PT Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring Tbk (DGIK). Fidelity Funds then sold 242,500 shares of PT Fast Food Indonesia Tbk (FAST), which is the manager of the KFC franchise in Indonesia. (KD)
