JAKARTA - On Thursday, April 18, PT Inti Anugerah Pratama, the 25% shareholder in property developer PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk (LPKR), let go of around 970 million shares it owned. This transaction, facilitated by PT Ciptadana Sekuritas Asia, reduced Inti Anugrah's ownership to 17.19 billion shares, or approximately 24.25 percent of the shares.

PT Abadi Kreasi Unggul Nusantara subsequently sold 14.40 million shares of PT Sinergi Inti Andalan Prima Tbk (INET), an information technology company. As a result, this majority shareholder's ownership percentage decreased slightly to 78.55%. GOTO Peopleverse Fund then sold 11.61 million shares of the technology-based digital ecosystem company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO). Two individual investors followed: Surya Ismail Bahari, who sold 8 million shares of helicopter rental service provider PT Jaya Trishindo Tbk (HELI), and Tan John Tanuwijaya, who sold 5.43 million shares of the foundation company PT Berdikari Pondasi Perkasa Tbk (BDKR).

Meanwhile, Batavia Prosperindo Internasional Tbk, the controlling shareholder of PT Batavia Prosperindo Trans Tbk (BPTR), also known as Batavia Rent, bought 6.07 million shares in the transportation company. PT Bogamulia Nagadi, the pharmaceutical company's controller, also purchased 204,400 shares in PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk (TSPC). Not only that, but Robin, an individual investor, purchased 5.68 million shares of hospital company PT Royal Prima Tbk (PRIM), followed by Djadjang Tanuwidjaja, who purchased 385,500 shares of building construction company PT Total Bangun Persada Tbk (TOTL). Finally, a foreign investor, Bank of Singapore Limited, purchased 19,200 shares of PT Pioneerindo Gourmet International Tbk (PTSP), which owns the fried chicken restaurant California Fried Chicken (CFC).
