JAKARTA – Marketing sales of  PT Pantai Indah Kapuk 2 Tbk (PANI) reportedly skyrocketed 180.89% year-on-year (yoy) in Q1 2024. This achievement was made possible following the acquisition of 7 new subsidiaries, along with 12 property projects.

Sugianto Kusuma, President Director of PANI, confirmed that the company booked marketing sales of IDR 1.5 trillion, soaring high from IDR 534 billion seen in the same quarter in 2023. “This realisation is equal to 27% of total marketing sales target of IDR 5.5 trillion by the end of this year,” he said in the press release quoted Wednesday (24/4).

According to Kusuma, the impressive marketing sales scored by PANI is in line with the consumers’ interest in purchasing property, particularly those in Central Business District (CBD) of PIK 2.
