JAKARTA - After previously acquiring 44% of the shares in the pharmaceutical company PT Pyridam Farma Tbk (PYFA), the acquisition of Rejuve Global Investment Pte Ltd. continued. On Friday, April 26, this foreign investor added 4.71 billion PYFA shares, increasing its stake from 44.04% to 78.79%. On the other hand, PT Aldiracita Sekuritas Indonesia sold 332.64 million PYFA shares, reducing its ownership from 8.01% to 5.98%.

Furthermore, foreign investors Malacca Trust Pte Ltd purchased up to 296 million shares of PT Batavia Prosperindo Internasional Tbk (BPII), a holding company in the financial sector. With the addition of these shares, Malacca Trust now controls 86.15% of the shares, up from the previous approximately 28.73%. The media holding company PT Global Mediacom Tbk then purchased approximately 42.25 million shares of PT MNC Digital Entertainment Tbk (MSIN), while the mining holding company PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) bought back 10 million shares.

On the other hand, PT Shima Global Kapital issued approximately 65.47 million shares of PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk (ENRG), which is involved in oil and gas exploration and trading. PT Bersama Jaya Solusi then released approximately 19.20 million shares of PT Estee Gold Feet Tbk (EURO), a cosmetics and household equipment aerosol company, while PT Sumber Teknologi Mulia sold 7.09 million shares of PT Bhakti Multi Artha Tbk (BHAT), a financial services company. Individual investor Tan John Tanuwijaya went on to sell shares in the specialist foundation company PT Berdikari Pondasi Perkasa Tbk (BDKR), this time for nearly 13 million shares. Finally, the Deputy Attorney General on Special Criminal of the Attorney General's Office of the Republic of Indonesia cut down its ownership in PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk (TOPS) shares by 3.95 million.
