JAKARTA - On Wednesday, May 15, a new investor, PT Samuel Tumbuh Bersama, purchased 1.71 shares of palm oil producer PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS). This securities company now owns roughly 7.19% of NSSS shares. On the other hand, NSSS's controller, PT Mitra Agro Dharma Unggul, released 1.10 billion shares, causing its share portion to fall from 41.79% to 37.17%.

Furthermore, Malacca Trust Pte Ltd, the controlling shareholder of PT Batavia Prosperindo Internasional Tbk (BPII), recorded an additional 8.43 billion shares as a result of the BPII's stock split in this holding company in the financial services business sector. However, Mallaca Trust's share portion has not changed, which remains at 86.15%.
