JAKARTA - On Thursday, June 13, PT Campina Ice Cream Industry Tbk (CAMP) witnessed the acquisition of 2.41 billion of its shares. Sabana Prawira Widjaja, who had previously controlled 83.94% of CAMP's shares, transferred those shares to Samudera Prawirawidjaja, lowering his shareholding to 42.94%. Samudera now owns 41% of CAMP's shares.

Trisna Muliadi, a new investor, recently headed to PT Jaya Real Property Tbk (JRPT) and purchased 1.35 billion shares. He now officially owns 9.88% of the property development company. A new investor, Kesejahteraan Karyawan PT Pusri, has recently invested 650 million shares in the construction company PT Aksara Global Development Tbk (GAMA), giving it approximately 6.49% ownership. Another property developer, PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE), recorded a 3.90 million share purchase from PT Paraga Arta Mida. In addition, PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala purchased 1.80 million shares of its subsidiary, PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA), which provides financial services.

The Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes at the Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Indonesia, on the other hand, sold 150 million shares of PT Totalindo Eka Persada Tbk (TOPS), also known as Totalindo, followed by Tan John Tanuwijaya, who sold 28.39 million shares of the specialist foundation company PT Berdikari Pondasi Perkasa Tbk. In the banking industry, PT Asuransi Jiwa Central Asia Raya sold approximately 1 million shares of PT Bank Ina Perdana Tbk (BINA), while foreign investors OCBC Sec Pte Ltd S/A Hudson River Group Pte Ltd sold 378 thousand shares of PT Bank Nationalnobu Tbk (NOBU), also known as Nobu Bank.
